Choral Music Hire
The Blackstone-Ipswich Cambrian Choir maintains an extensive library of choral music in various voicings suitable for performance by adult, youth and junior choirs.
Selected titles within the collection are available to other choirs within Australia through the Choral Music Hire Scheme.
The availability of particular titles at any time is subject to the current requirements and programming of the various ensembles within the the Cambrian organisation.
Terms & Conditions
A deposit equal to 25% of the total hire charges will be required prior to dispatch of the hire titles. This deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the hire period provided that all copies are returned in good order.
An invoice for the full amount of the hire will be forwarded with the hire titles and will be payable within 14 days of receipt.
Music which is not returned, or is not returned in its original condition, will be charged in full at cost price.
Hire Charges
The standard loan period is three (3) months. Extensions, subject to availability, may be available in increments of one (1) month.
- Octavo titles – $1 per copy for initial three months; extensions 25 cents per copy per month
- Larger titles – $2 per copy for initial three months; extensions 50 cents per copy per month
Forward postage and packing charges are additional. Return postage and packaging will be at the hirer’s expense.

All confirmed requests must be in writing using the Music Loan Form that will be supplied.
We would appreciate at least two week’s notice for loan requests.
Reservations may be made up to six months in advance.
