Youth Choir

Sapphire – Musical Gems celebrates the 45th anniversary of the establishment of the Cambrian Youth Choir in 1969 by Blodwyn Whitehead, OAM. The recording brings together members of the Cambrian Youth Choir, the Junior Cambrian Choir and alumni and friends of the Youth Choir, along with special guest artists, the West Moreton Anglican College Percussion Ensemble.

Ruby Seasons was produced to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Cambrian Youth Choir in 1969. It includes Viva La Musica, written by Sandra Milliken and dedicated to the Youth Choir in their ruby anniversary year.

Leading the way...  was produced as part of Ipswich City's 'centenary as a city' celebrations in 2004 . It features Hozanna Praise the Lord, specially commissioned for the Choir, as well as contemporary choral items and an Australian medley.

A City Sings was recorded for the Cambrian Youth Choir's tour of New Zealand and features the talents of several highly acclaimed soloists who were singing with the choir at that time. It includes 18 tracks of truly inspiring music.

Sing to the Stars, recorded by the Cambrian Youth Choir, contains 17 tracks from across a wide range of choral music styles. It features three beautiful sacred works by John Rutter, including The Lord bless you and keep you; the contemporary balad Somewhere Out There; and Australian Sunrise by Frank Hutchens.
